Schedule Agent Fields

Field	Description
Title	Provide a name for the schedule agent you are creating.
Schedule	Determines when the scheduled agent runs.
User Filter	Provides information on the user(s) for which the schedule agent runs. Name – describes the users in the filter User Filter – specifies any user or specific user. Selecting specific users provides a drop-down list to select the user(s). Rights Filter – specifies any rights or specific rights. Selecting specific rights provides a list of all the course rights. Select the rights that apply to the scheduled agent you are creating. Team Filter – specifies any teams or specific teams. Selecting specific teams provides a list of all teams in the course. Select the team(s) that apply to the scheduled agent you are creating. Condition Filter – select the condition from the drop-down list that triggers the schedule agent. Available conditions are: Forum posts Submissions Milestones Item Completion Gradebook Grades Last Logon
