- Click Manage Tab
- Under Data Management, click Backup/Restore
- Create a backup, wait for the backup process to be completed.
- Go back to your Home page and click on the empty ANGEL course for the new semester.
- Click the Manage tab.
- Click the Import Console hyperlink.
- Click the Copy Course hyperlink. The Copy Course import utility will appear on the screen.
- Select the course or group you want to import from the list of available courses and groups listed in the Source Course/Group drop-down menu.
- Optionally deselect the ‘backup course before import' checkbox if you do not want to backup the existing course data and settings prior to completing the import.
- Optionally deselect the ‘replace all existing content' checkbox if you want to add the imported lesson content to your existing lesson content.
- Click the Copy button.
- Note: The import process may take a few seconds to several minutes depending on the size of the course or group.
By default, courses are disabled. Students will be denied access until you activate your course. Learn how to activate your course.
